I had a surgery 2 years ago, they were only able to remove a little bit as the rest was covered in nerves and wasn’t able to be removed. I lost my hearing and knew in advance. Plan was a cochlear implant but it was damaged by the surgery. I had a bone anchor hearing aide put in but I don’t recommend it if you have normal hearing in your other ear. It’s just a tinny mess. If you can’t hear it’s a miracle. So far I have permanent dry eye on the same side. I then went to oncology where they did six weeks of radiation and after six months it showed it’s grown a little. Huge balance issues, constant head pain, my two hobbies have suffered, can’t really play guitar like I used too and my golf game has added 20 strokes to my score, I guess I’m glad I’m here not sure what’s next I feel for my wife!

@maniacjc that’s a lot you’re going through. I hope it improves for you. You’d probably still beat me at golf! 😂
