Thank you for sharing! I’ve come to find high fat and animal fats are a no. I think with the head of my pancreas gone my body can’t handle much. I know I’m lucky to be alive and cancer free yet it’s exhausting. Especially with my active 3 year old. I wish I could take time off work to focus on my health. But medical bills keep coming along with just living expenses.

I certainly understand how exhausting it can be to make food choices that provide the necessary nutrition without causing digestive upset, @brittanypeterson88. Food journaling can be helpful to track your diet and symptoms. It may help you find other trigger foods that are responsible for your nausea. Is this something you might consider?
