I know people don’t listen. It’s frustrating when you want to say something that is important to you, and people brush it off.
My doctors interrupt me when I am trying to tell them something. When that happens, I will try and interrupt them by putting my hand up, and saying something like, “would you let me talk, or no, that’s not what I said”. I’m polite, but firm.
