This seems like a good place to post this as it is related to balance. I saw one of my neurologists today and had her go over the MRI that was done on my lumbar spine. (If you have balance problems start there.) She pointed out where the ganglions were being pinched on exiting the spinal cord as a likely start of my balance problem. She did not offer any treatment for this. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure if it helps with balance but there is another discussion that you might find helpful if you haven't seen it.

There is a video at the beginning of the discussion that explains how it helps.

Well that explains a lot. I thought it was result of chemo but not sure now. The three end toes on each foot were very numb. It's been about a month maybe 6 weeks. I was having balance issues and even fell a couple times. I tried a back brace and almost immediately the feeling started coming back in my toes. I slept in it a couple nights. Now I know it's back related and will discuss it further with pain doc.

@suetex Yes they have some very good exercises to help balance. Go to your local hospital they often run programs for the public (hopefully they do the USA) @wenner
