Anybody hear of Wharton's Jelly?

If so and more specifically, were there positive reviews? A newspaper here (South Florida) has an ad about Wharton's Jelly as a treatment for joints like knees, claiming that Medicare will pay for it. So I wonder -- anyone know personally if it relieves pain? Specifically hip and knee. Anyone tried it?

I am 78 my left knee has no cartilage. I did the Whartons jelly 2 weeks ago and still have excruciating pain but considering doing it again even though I have to pay $500.00 out of pocket. Knee replacement has been denied due to type 2 diabetes and overweight. Anyone know what else is available so that I can can stay mobile.
