I finely got the document I signed. Well not really a document, when they woke me up and actually for everything I signed, there were 4 documents. Anyway I never seen a document, they had a tablet over my head with a signature box and that is all I could see. Didn't see or read the other 10 plus pages. I guess except for the time they woke me up I could have scrolled through the document, but didn't realize it was a long document, all I seen was a signature block on tablet while laying around naked. Seems all this signing should take place prior to getting prep and undressed??
Anyway after reading one of the documents, I could hardly believe it. Will try to post a part below, basically my surgeon didn't need to be in same room, could be off doing surgery elsewhere. It will show up if clicked on, just doesn't seem right that this is allowed. Maybe it's normal, I just don't know. I just know I been through a lot and not any better and a bit worse.
