I am currently taking it- started about 4 months ago. It has helped lose some weight. I do have to watch what I eat carefully. I am very active. Doing healthy yoga, pranayama and walk- I would call myself a little chubby. ER +. HER - and am on Examestane . I am 62.

My acupuncturist recommended it( she is also an oncologist).
