Since brensocabit targets neutrophils, if neutrophils are generally normal, does brensocabit still work?

I asked Dr Daly if someone with eosinophilia (vs high neutrophils) would benefit from Brinsupra and he replied that the Alpine (I think that's the name) study showed this to be true. I haven't read the study, but it may be worth a look.

Yes, it does. Having elevated neutrophils is not a requirement for taking the drug.
