However, I think you might be referring to @gardeningjunkie who was diagnosed with CLL and experienced a spontaneous regression from her disease. CLL and AML are two completely different types of blood cancers. It’s best to stick with your current treatment plan. I hope you saw the postive reply by @sonieaml regarding her similar story of AML with mutations/similar treatment plan.
