Thank you for that. How long ago did this first occur? Any changes since then regarding scans, symptoms, or medication?
I have intermittent fatigue and IBS symptoms. If I stay on a strict low-calorie / fat SIBO diet, exercise, and sleep appropriately, it helps a great deal. I take Peppermint Oil from CVS 20 to 30 minutes before each meal, and occasionally take Gas X. Alternating between being constipated and having overflow leakage still occurs; actual "accidents" are mitigated a great deal if I stick to this regiment, but if I get the stomach flu or even eat something that has a low level of food poisoning, it takes me down for a bit more than others that may have eaten the same food or had the same stmoch flu.

I was diagnosed about 7 months ago with MRI and MRCP tests. At the time I was experiencing change in bowel habits,(loose , flat and frequent) low elastase level, weight loss, fatigue, gas, bloating, etc. I was sent to Mayo for diagnosis because all the testing by my GI doc didn't confirm anything except the IPMN and my symptoms continued. I have gotten my appetite back and have regained most of the 10 lbs. I lost (weigh 107 lbs. now. I still have all the other symptoms with increased mid back pain. My doctor here has put me on a low FODMAP diet and will start it tomorrow...don't have high hopes.
