Njhornung, well said,
though maybe because we don't have other guides. bone markers, dexas, clinical trials, statistics— just numbers. We can be losing spicules like mad and still feel great.

that's a new word for me - spicule - had to google it the problem is we feel good usually when we have the first awful dexa then we have to deal with all the things we're told to take that will make us feel bad
