I found this clinical trial that shows increased BMD (5-8 % increase) by taking Fortibone collagen peptides. The trial runs for several years. Here is the link;

I use OsteoNaturals Osteo collagen pep that contains the Fortibone collagen

Whether you take this or not, consider making your own bone broth. Put a variety of bones in water with a couple of tablespoons of vinegar and cook overnight in a slow cooker. Use as a soup base or just drink. Natural collagen for free!

Can I take collagen with Tymlos?

I am also now using OsteoNaturals. Just started. In only one(1) month I have been amazed by skin changes; my skin is more moist, more flexible, and smoother. I am an active 75 year old female who cannot consider HRT due to a history of ovarian cancer.

I hope the collagen also helps with bone formation, which is the purpose I began its use per "Great Bones." I also make and enjoy bone broth.

Before the OsteoNaturals product I was using Vital Proteins for a while. No noticeable differences.
