I am curious to hear anyone's positive, negative, or neutral experiences with the following for their LONG Covid / Post-infectious syndrome treatment plan: Nattokinase, CoQ10, NADH, ALCAR, Vitamin C, Magnesium Glycinate. I've had these recommended by several providers, but no strong commitment to the best approach for benefits. There is limited information on short or long-term risks with these supplements. Thoughts?

I have long haul covid since Nov 2020. I lost my sense of smell/taste..but,gradually coming back. I have a loud high pitch buzz in my head. My past doctor recommended a hearing test. I hear very well. Hopefully my new doctor will
help me. I also smell a burning electrical wires, first time it was gas,I had the gas company check and they said no leaks. That's when I knew it was from covid.

I have found this YouTube channel to have good info and thoughtfully presented

NATTO certainly gave me a buzz and some energy. The only supplement I've had consistent results is creatine which gives me some hours in the morning I'm in the usual collapse in the afternoon and evening.
