Do you use the 20mg? My Dr. will prescribe me whatever I need, fortunately. I had some 5mg that I would take every day - per manufacturer "to be ready anytime..." but that didn't really work.
I opened this discussion for guys exactly like YOU in the hopes we can all figure this out together and get some ideas! Thank you for sharing!!

Here is an update for December 2025:

After speaking with my primary doctor about 5 weeks ago, he suggested that I start taking the 20mg Tadalafil daily to get the blood flow back up! Note: don't do this without a doctor's permission. I thought that might be a little excessive so I now take one the afternoon BEFORE and then another the afternoon OF having sex that night and it works! The FIRST time I did this method, I did the above BUT bit off half of a pill that evening a couple hours before, just "to be sure" it would work - it did!

I'm continuing to do the two pill method each week and it's worked 100% of the time.
