I find that the Mama Bear cream does help my legs. It seems to eliminate the "tight" feeling in the lower legs and feet. If I fail to appy to bedtime, I can guarantee that I will not sleep soudly. I am not diaetic nor do I have pain. Just numbness and a feeling of tightness in the lower extremities. I have had ideopathic neuropathy for about 25 years,

@lvgal I have been using it on my feet, twice a day, and I can really tell the difference! (although my symptoms are numbness, tingling, and just feeling cold.....no pain.)

@lvgal LV, I’m trying that, too. I can’t decide if it’s the cream or the Advil that helps. I do sleep better and my feet feel better. I’ll stop the Advil today and see what the results are.
