It seems crazy to me that your situation has dragged on this long. If the gyn oncologist couldn't do a D&C, the biopsy probably isn't ever going to happen. If I were you I would urgently request imaging (CT scans tend to be much easier to get than MRIs). Depending on what that shows, how bad you feel, and how convinced you are that your problems are gynecological, I'd then try to convince them to go ahead and do a hysterectomy, biopsy or no biopsy. Robotic laparoscopic hysterectomies are great.
