Not sure if this would work in your case. I had a CT guided needle biopsy to verify a recurrence. I was diagnosed with concurrent endometrial and ovarian cancer. My oncologist wanted to verify if the endometrial or ovarian came back. I already had a full hysterectomy. They had to go deep into my pelvic area with a long needle. They did not have to go through the vagina. I was numbed first and fully awake. They were able to get the biopsy.
