lottafaith, do your legs also ache? My legs were achey and felt weaker after having Covid in 2022, and I had no idea what was causing it. Eventually went to doctor and he was convinced it was Bursitis. Well..... it wasn't Bursitis. After getting steroid injections that gave me no relief, and then getting an MRI, I found out that I had severe osteoarthritis of my left hip. Got the total hip replacement in October 2024, and after the surgery, my legs felt fantastic! Not sure if this is what is going on with you, but wanted to share my experience. My older sister has the same issue as you after having Covid herself. She just continues to keep trying to strengthen her legs and it has gotten better. Good luck to you!
