Has anyone experienced profound hypotension with exercise while on ADT

Thanks. Those studies discuss low testosterone, but not the essentially zero testosterone of ADT. So far I have no evidence of glucose intolerance or metabolic syndrome. I wonder if anyone has looked at CAN in ADT patients. Looks like the mechanism is too complex to suggest an intervention on my part.

ADT doesn’t drop your testosterone down to zero. The reason they give people Zytiga is because ADT only gets it down so low and Zytiga gets it down below five.

After being on ADT for six years, my testosterone never got much below 5, except when I was on Zytiga.

Are you sure yours is getting down to zero?
