I recently purchased chelated magnesium glycinate from Amazon and started taking it three days ago, just 2 pills a day one in the morning and 1 at night and they have relieved my neuropathy when I go to bed at night for the last three nights. It only cost $16.37 for 240 tablets. I am 83 years old and my neuropathy is primarily in my feet probably mild compared to some, but it has helped me a lot.

2 yrs ago I injured the trigeminal nerve. It runs from jaw hinge to teeth. Pain was intense intermittently and lasting seconds. Had been blowing a lot of alto sax. Took cabama zepine , After a few dental checks my Dr correctly diagnosed it.
Some 2 months ago I started lifting a 20 kg bar vertically. Neck strain strengthened jaw muscles. All symptoms gone.
An artery runs up the outside of brain. The trigeminal nerve crosses it. It's insulating fat (myelin) had been worn away. I read that alcohol stops B12. absorption. B12 (cobalamin) makes myelin. Have not drunk any alcohol for last 3 months. And take a B12 supplement.. Please Google " effect of alcohol on myelin production "
