I just ordered these from Walmart. I have neuropathy in my feet from chemo so I figure I'd get the blood pumping down there and see if it helps. I ordered 2 of them. Not bad for portable ones. It was like $42 after shipping. I'm looking forward to using them.
Welcome @type2neuropathyhope, It can be overwhelming not knowing what to do following a suspected cause of the neuropathy. Probably the best thing you can do is learn as much as you can about your condition and what treatments are available that may offer some relief. I'm guessing that's what you have started doing now. I don't have pain with my neuropathy just the numbness and some tingling but I've often thought that it could be related to diabetic neuropathy even though I have not been diagnosed with diabetes. I have been labelled as pre-diabetic for most of my adult life and it's only been since being diagnosed in 2016 with idiopathic small fiber PN that I started making lifestyle changes to get me out of the pre-diabetic category. It's not a cure but it has helped with my overall health. I just wished I would have made the changes before being in my 70s.
The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy is a good place to start for learning to live better with neuropathy - https://www.foundationforpn.org/living-well/. They also have a comprehensive list of the different treatments and therapies that may help - https://www.foundationforpn.org/therapies/.
I know you mentioned you don't have time to read all of the comments but you may find it helpful to scan through the discussions and comments on Connect for "burning feet what helps" - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/?search=burning%20feet%20what%20helps.
