When does the pain end or lighten up after total knee replacement?

My TKR was 11 months ago and I still have pain and stiffness. Still having pain after three months is quite normal, I’m told, so you are probably doing fine. Some of my friends sailed thru their tkr’s and were driving (right knee tkr) after three weeks. Took me three months. It’s hard not to compare myself to others and get discouraged, but we all heal differently. 🌸

Boy do I relate to your statement " don't compare your self to others during recovery". I did that and I always fell short. It's discouraging and hard to keep pushing through the pain to recovery. I am at 8wks out and I haven't even been able to reach the 90% ROM. I am really behind the expectations.Your right we all heal differently. I just want to heal and walk. Be hopeful everyone.
