@dlydailyhope Great suggestion to see a neurologist. I began getting migraines with occasional aura and had many tests completed. It was discovered that I have a rare condition named Fibromucular Dysplasia and Migraines can be a result of this. I am on medication and have followup visits with my Neurologist to help sustain managing symptoms. I also saw a physical therapist for home exercises to help improve my ability to perform my activities of daily living, since changes in head position and bending forward caused limitations for when performing routine housework. I also had to stop some participation in favorite social activites that were triggers because of too much sound. I replaced these activites with quieter, calmer activities and wear noise-cancellation earbuds when I need them. I am doing a lot better with all of these interventions, than a year ago, when I was first diagnosed.
