Hi @lottafaith. Im about 4 yrs of ever changing leg issues with consistent ones of behind right leg vascular pain intensifies w activity, any type of movement depletes energy quicker and always effects legs feeling like someone is pushing me into ground and literally cant get up if I find myself there . In the beginning I found even using a walker could tire me out faster with having to hold on and push forward etc🙃 My PT shared slow and steady to build muscle strength and know the slow with lifes needs is most challenging. . Pacing is critical to not deplete your precious cellular level energy to allow being up more and for me even brushing teeth or talking has to be factored in to what I should do at what time of day as things become too difficult as the day goes on and then causes crash for never improving cycle🙃. Also big factor for me is listening to how I feel when wake up like real headache now so will be mindful not too much reading and eat very clean to hopefully have better day tomorrow🤞. Hoping this helped with managing your issues and wish you quickest healing journey 🌈
lottafaith, do your legs also ache? My legs were achey and felt weaker after having Covid in 2022, and I had no idea what was causing it. Eventually went to doctor and he was convinced it was Bursitis. Well..... it wasn't Bursitis. After getting steroid injections that gave me no relief, and then getting an MRI, I found out that I had severe osteoarthritis of my left hip. Got the total hip replacement in October 2024, and after the surgery, my legs felt fantastic! Not sure if this is what is going on with you, but wanted to share my experience. My older sister has the same issue as you after having Covid herself. She just continues to keep trying to strengthen her legs and it has gotten better. Good luck to you!
