I started Orgovyx July 11, 2025...had PSA 2 weeks ago and PSA was .5- it was over 50 to start..Gleason 8 -so what that tells you is your cancer is hormone driven and the ADT therapy is working. after that you will prob enter radiation therapy ( as I am about to start) which will further reduce and hopefully eradicate all cancer in prostate and surrounding tissues...

then you will prob stay on ADT therapy 1-2 yrs.

Note: the first month of ORGOVYX was very tough for me...you will experience hot flashes and night sweats and prob not feel great for the first month but dont give up, it gets better...this disease and treatment is a marathon, not a sprint...try to eat well, exercise and stay positive, as some of the longer term members here told me..this is a club no one wants to be in, but here we are..I am sure most all on this board will gladly talk to you privately if you need help..just message them and arrange ( including me..but I am only a few months ahead of you so I certainly dont know it all..;=) good LUCK !
