That is because you did not find and get rid of the food source of your SIBO. In my case it what whey protein I take for lifting weights. Switched to beef protein shakes and problem solved.

The FODMAP diet is required to control SIBO. Find a specialist dietician.

Thanks for your response. I also have to ingest a lot of protein each day as an athlete. Have been relying on commercial protein shakes, eggs, fish, cheese, chicken, peanut butter. Where do you get your beef protein shakes?
