Much depends on how negative your T score is.
If you need to build bone Evenity or Tymlos is recommended before reclast.
Reclast looks in the gains after completion of either one.
Reclast by itself like prolia prevents existing bone from breaking down further.
Just like the other two reclast has side effects as well. Will let you know after the infusion of reclast in a few weeks what my experience is with side effects.

My tscores are;
Spine -3.2
Hips -2.2

So would it make more sense to slow down the bone loss by doing Reclast, instead of building bone by doing Evenity or Tymlos or Forteo? How about the fact that my CTX levels are 460s. Is that considered high so that it needs to be lowered, hence the reason I should do Reclast??
If only I could get a trabecular score so I would know the quality of my bone. I do think it must be pretty good because I fell recently (my dogs were chasing each other, they came towards me and I fell backwards with both of them on top of me) and nothing broke.
