I am not sure of the terminology, but in all you said, have you had the crystals in your ears realign or checked? One of my bosses fell, landing directly on his head. The realignment corrected the problem for him. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, mine is viral.

I've tried the Eply maneuver at home with my wife bit haven't been to a therapist for it. I went to local chiropractor but that turned out to be an Atlas Orthogonal place that I had zero knowledge of beforehand. Now that I have that I am not bothering with any of that.

My SSHL is 'profound' in that it's 100% total loss on my left side with persistent vertigo and dizziness. I think Eply can help with some conditions but not this.
