Seven weeks after my prostatectomy my PSA dropped to undetectable. Stayed that way for 3 1/2 years, Never did go on ADT until many years later. Usually, after a prostatectomy, the PSA drops to undetectable, unless there are metastasis somewhere.
It could be your PSA started out much higher before surgery so it’s taken time to come down.
