I tried some sort of inversion gizmo years ago(2016) for my lower back sun. I didn’t feel any relief.

Inversion devise I used first was uncomfortable compared to my inversion table but inversion for traction has worked well for me. That and a daily routine of stretching that I continue to do everyday.
