I have also had sibo for 2 years and a right colectomy due to a blockage. I take alka seltzer for nausea, then walk or move around for 5 min or do. Lots of belching but nausea is gone.

@annierose Ginger is also a great natural anti-nausea food/spice. I get the shaved pink ginger you find in little plastic cups at the sushi counter in grocery stores. Just sucking on one shaving and slooowly taking little bites and chewing them really well works for me.
