Several of us have said that we got no specific instructions or even mention of appropriate alcohol intake from our radiation oncologist or techs during treatment.

As far as radiation goes, alcohol should really have no adverse effect. It’s the addition of ADT that makes it risky due to the hormonal effects on liver enzymes.
My PA told me right off the bat to avoid alcohol completely while on Orgovyx.
Glad I did since 2 enzymes really climbed during treatment.
