Is it neuropathy related to chemo or is it carpal tunnel?

I have some issues similar I had an emg. They found carpal tunnel (Neurologist) I splint it at night and it really helps. I decided not to consult with surgery given it is my dominant hand).

Yeah I'm not crazy about surgery either. I ordered a good hand brace for carpal tunnel. I'd been using just the compression wrist bands and although it makes it feel a little better, I can still bend my wrist. I need plaster of Paris 🤣
Hopefully the new brace will work. 🤞
