I had a Reclast infusion late March, 2025. By coincidence, I had had a hearing test a few weeks prior to that and had had no tinnitus and only minimal high frequency hearing loss in both ears. The day after the Reclast infusion, tinnitus began and has been increasing ever since. It’s now mid September, 6 months after the infusion, and it is so loud and shrill that it is keeping me awake at night. Also alarmingly, my hearing was retested in August and I now have an across-the-board 10% hearing loss in my right ear and 5% in the left ear - and huge high frequency losses in both ears relative to the first test results in March. My audiologist is telling me that these losses are likely permanent and could be progressive. I now am being monitored regularly.
Has anyone else had similar experiences or have advice for me? I will report this to the manufacturer and the FDA. Where do I go to make such reports?

See @normahorn above for phone and address. They would not let me post it here. But, she got to.

@susansantafe I had pre existing tinnitus prior to the Reclast infusion. Afterwards my tinnitus doubled and now is quite loud and is very bothersome. I am 13 months out from the infusion and the tinnitus has not lessened. My hearing acuity is about the same as prior to the infusion.
I have also have had 13 months of pseudogout in my right knee which is quite bad.
