I understand why you are thinking, "What am I missing here?" I have one suggestion that might help. I live within a 40-minute drive from a university medical school. I took my headache and vestibular problems there and found an ENT/neurologist, who really helped. Often, these difficult-to-treat health issues can best be treated at a large, research-oriented healthcare system.

If you live near one, you might call to see who they have who treats these headaches. This particular doctor also told me about a book, (that was written by an M.D. ) who was not having success treating his migraines. He started doing his own reserach and came up with a book with the results of his reserach and success. The book, "How to Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Pain" by David Buchholz, M.D. I learned a lot about my headache/vestibular triggers.
