Anyone have Levator Ani Syndrome (LAS)?

Yes I’ve been through treatments and I’ve had this LA for about 20 years. I couldn’t take radiation after 8 treatments I developed severe diarrhea and couldn’t eat solid food for 2 weeks. I’m now on Orgovyx and my PSA and testosterone levels are undetectable. I’m hoping for the best.

Do they think that the eight rounds of radiation has taken care of your prostate so that it won’t cause more metastasis?
How long has it been that you’ve been on Orgovyx? There is a problem with staying on just ADT. It can cause you to become castrate resistant, average time is 18 to 24 months. I became castor resistant after being just on a Lupron, after 2 1/2 years. Median survival after becoming castrate resistance is two years. It’s been six years for me, but problems appear to be cropping up.
They now have found out that putting people on an ARSI Can delay the time it takes to castrate resistance. Any of the ARSI’s Seem to work. Zytiga or one of the lutamides seem to work . The initial study was with Enzalutamide.
You might ask your doctor about adding the second drug so that you can delay castrate resistance. The ARCHES study was the one that showed the benefit. Here is a link for more information.
