You can go to a neurosurgeon to see if you have underlying problems in your spine causing cysts. Then if their is nothing else wrong but cysts, your physiatrist has the ability ( or can refer for) to conduct a nerve block to determine if the cysts are the cause or if it’s something else. There are a few Neurosurgeons who work on them.
