Good afternoon, I am two loading doses in and my hair is falling out in clumps. I’m so upset about it. Did anyone respond to your message here? Does it stop after the third dose and does biotin/vitamins/special shampoo help? Thank you.

Hi, @doyle78 - much earlier in this same discussion on vedolizumab (Entyvio) and hair loss, a moderator posted this study, which seems to point to the disease as the culprit in hair loss:
