I just ordered cur cumin 500mg to calm down inflammation in feet.
Two of my friends have told me about Cucumin supplements, which help with inflammation. I am getting discouraged because it is starting to dominate my life. I can only stand and do projects for two hours and then have to soak my feet in Epson salts and water and do a complete restorative yoga session which helps, but it also takes, a lot of time has anyone else tried supplements to help the nerve damage in feet?

1 ReactionIt is no secret, easily accessible by googling; I found it on Jefferson Health.
Yes this combination of curcumin with pepper can lead liver injury, severe illness and death. With some people it's insidious and can happen quickly.

Besides cumin, I take Dynamic Nerve by Stone Hedge. It contains all the Vit. B complex and, more importantly, ALA. Alpha Lipoic Acid is key in calming down my neuropathy in my feet. That, and exercise.
Also I believe I am very fortunate to have refused gabapentin, or any drug related to gabapentin, from the beginning. I believe these drugs stop the pain by killing the nerves. I want to heal my nerves
"I beleive these drugs stop the pain by killing the nerves..." Is this just your theory or do you have any references to back this up? I have never read that and I would think by now this would be well known if they "kill the nerves". Gabapentin has been in use since 1993 as a seizure preventive medicine. (Wikipedia)
