I’m not an expert on these things, but I am currently tapering off of lorazepam. I will tell you from experience DO NOT go to a detox center. I was fortunate to find a psychiatrist that is helping me with a patient led taper. Everyone is different, but what I have encountered is that a slow patient led taper based on your symptoms is the way to go. Hope this helps. God bless. ❤️
