@justbec2004 You may want to see another spine specialist for an opinion. I am not a doctor, but your spine/pelvic x ray doesn’t look right to me. Sometimes the SI joints in the pelvis cause pain if they are off. The alignment doesn’t look right. Misalignment of the pelvis and spine does cause back pain as they are connected by muscle. A PT can help if it is a muscle issue. It won’t hurt to see a neurologist, but if your spine doctor isn’t interested in helping, you will need to find another. Also heel pain can be bone spurs with plantar fasciitis which is very painful . A podiatrist can help with that. Foot problems can cause back pain too, and yes you have foramenal stenosis of nerve roots at L 5 S 1. I don’t know why a doctor would claim that doesn’t cause pain since it is a problem.

I went to a podiatrist Friday and she said there was nothing wrong with my foot and it was all coming from my back. In the mri picture does it look like a tethered spinal cord? I was reading about that and all the symptoms of that is exactly what I have. Nobody has mentioned that
