It sounds like you need to see your PCP or a psychiatrist and get an anxiety reducing drug. I remember watching a TV show where the guy was taking Prozac and had no desire to have sex and it worked great for him because his attitude about everything was better. There are a few drugs that work for most people. The first one you try, may not do the trick, Just go back to the doctor and say I need something else.
That can reduce your rage and depression to the point that you can pretty much feel completely normal. Don’t let this build, Do something about it soon. You will feel a lot better.
Yes, a vacuum pump can keep your penis healthy, But it doesn’t seem like you’d ever use it or even want to use it. Why are you really thinking you need to do something about it, Unless you plan to change the situation you are in.
