I had twitches all over the place arms, legs, my back you name it. I twitch 24/7 and I’ve had this for 20 years. When this first started I was like you and was fearful. I educated myself went and saw a doctor got an EMG. They could not determine where my twitching came from so I was diagnosed with BFS. About four years ago, I develop peripheral neuropathy in both my feet. The twitching is still there and gets worse when I have a flareup. It Idiopathic so no cause was ever found. My advice to you is to see a good neurologist get an EMG and stay off the internet. Hope you feel better soon

@dbchip Thank you for the reply. How are u doing now? Im still twitching 4 months in. Its debilitating. I did see a neurologist and he doesn't think its anything sinister. He did perform an emg. which showed mild axonal sensorimotor polyneuropathy. which of course i cant find much information on this but i did ask the legs issue doesn't explain my upper body twitching. He then mentioned bfs. sighs im still super scared. feeling my body twitch is a constant reminder that something is wrong and i'm always going into the worst case scenario.
