My husband, bless his little heart, recorded me snoring and stopping breathing so that’s what got me to the sleep study and a CPAP machine. But it always isn’t readily noticeable. The cardiologist was having a hard time regulating my husband’s BP and I asked him about a sleep study and yep he needed it but I had never and to this day have never noticed him stop and start breathing but it’s helped him tremendously. And sleep is when your body repairs itself. When menapausal some of us didn’t and don’t get good healing sleeps.
