@jenelleseaman I apologize. We have Mayo Connect members all over the world. When I get the announcement for the monthly Gynecological Cancer Support Group meetings that take place in Florida, the email announces only the North American Eastern Time. I guess they figure you will calculate your own time zone. Anyway, there are 9 time zones in the US: Atlantic, Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii–Aleutian and adding Canada's Maritime and Newfoundland/Labrador.
For Australia? If I'm calculating correctly then 5:30 pm in Eastern North America is 7:30 am in Eastern Australia. Are there 3 time zones in Australia (Eastern, Central, and Western)?

If that’s the case I will be at school getting ready for the day! There are 3 time zones here. It gets complicated with daylight savings too. The problem is we are ahead of you, I think! So will it be Sunday for me? I will try and work it out too!!
