My husband switched out his Medtronic stimulator for the Nervo and is doing great with it. It has given him his life back. The Medtronic was awful and didn’t work properly. Perhaps because the remote they had given him was over 5 yrs old!

Could have been the issue, the tech support should have assessed that and offered you to buy a replacement. Or at least loan you one to see if that was the issue.
Nevro has recently merged with a larger company and are doing awesome work with implant technology for all neurological issues. Best wishes and actively participate with them regarding your program changes as your pain does.
