That is a lot to deal with and one can only imagine how difficult. Perhaps you can have a trial of Fosamax, which can be stopped if you have any additional issues. I did have issues with it and stopped after a few months. Years later, I agreed to Reclast even knowing they are in the same drug class. It has caused muscle/bone pain that flares off and on and has lasted so far 18 months. You have so much else going on that it's worth a hard look.
