I have been diagnosed twith CRPS last summer after test after test. No vein or heart issues. Just miserable pain after spraining both ankles walking a pasture on our farm. They want to give me spinal meds which I refuse due to my scoliosis. There must be something to slow down the hardness of my leg muscles, which is getting steadily worse, moving up my legs. I wake feeling like my legs are encased in concrete. The skin is red, my ankles super swollen and itch. I have random miserably itching rashes that benadryl and hydrocortisone creams do not alleviate. I cannot concentrate, and I feel like I'm losing my mind. I need help.

PT, dry needling, toradol, a course of prednisone?
