I’m so sorry you’re still experiencing so much pain. I completely understand because (regardless of what treatments I get) there are still parts of my spine that are excruciatingly painful. I take strong pain meds throughout the day, too, just to try and have some semblance of a normal life. I hope you are getting some relief from your medications. My husband and I’ve discussed my enrolling in the pain sensitization class at Mayo but the thought of trying to control my pain simply with mental “techniques” completely terrifies me.
