I found Hanes underwear with the support pocket in front very good.

I was using regular underwear and found more and more uncomfortable and lack of support. Just a comment has not medical truth but I feel as I get older (78) my testicles seem to hang lower and need more support.

If you go on Amazon you can look at all the types of men's underwear. No I don't have any stock in Amazon jut a good way to look at all the support underwear.
